Andromeda Ball

Andromeda Ball was made for the 2022 Global Game Jam with the theme Duality and was created within 48 hours.

It is a 3D Top-Down game where two robots fight in an arena by hitting a ball into your opponent and knocking them off the playable bounds.

Andromeda Ball is set in the year 2134 where robot fighting rings are common, but Andromeda Ball is the league standard. No weapons, no special powers, no augments; just pure skill. Contenders build up their reputations in other arenas to get a chance to be invited into this prestigious arena. Only the very best compete. The grand prize? You not only get to keep your robot, but they say when you win you’re set for life. Andromeda Ball isn’t without its drawbacks, however. If you lose, you’ll never be able to compete again.

The game is a bit buggy right now as we only had 48 hours but we hope to improve this game in the future when we get more time, so look out for an update!
